Our friends The Velvet Tones are back on Thursday 17th November 2022 with The Big Band Double Header at The Oxford Golf Club, Hill Top Rd, Oxford, OX4 1PF. This month the band welcomes back Blake’s Heaven, who are always a favourite with the dance floor.

This is the last Big Band Double Header event of the year and so it is a great reason for a night out. The entire event is run in aid of charity and this month it is the Oxford Food Hub.

The event is free but a £5 donation to the charity of the night is suggested and expected. Don’t forget to hold some money back for the £1 – one prize raffle which features the finest bottle of sparkling wine that the bargain shelf of the local supermarket can offer! There is a dance floor and it is a great way for new dancers to take their first steps onto the social dance floor and experience the full Big Band Sound.
