The Summertown Swing Sunday Tea Dance Club Spring 2026 has moved months from March to April. This was due to our venue not being available on the March date. Join us for another great afternoon of social dancing as we Swing into Spring.

Summertown Swing Sunday Tea Dance Club Spring 2026 is a relaxed and elegant afternoon of swing dancing at our next regular venue in Summertown on 12th April 2026.

Summertown Swing is set in a beautiful church hall with a natural vintage charm, and a beautiful dance floor. This event captures the spirit of a bygone era where good music, good company and a welcoming dance floor come together. This mix provides dancers with a truly enjoyable afternoon. Whether you’re a regular on the local swing scene or simply looking for a friendly place to dance, the Tea Dance offers a perfect balance of atmosphere and ease.

Djs playing the best in Jazz Swing at the Sunday Tea Dance Club Spring 2026

Our DJs will be playing a carefully selected mix of classic swing, big band favourites and smooth, danceable rhythms to keep you moving throughout the afternoon. Expect tempos that suit both relaxed social dancing and those moments when the floor really comes alive.

Off the dance floor, you can take a break and enjoy a traditional tea dance spread. Tables are laid with table cloths and simple touches that add to the vintage feel. Every table also has a fresh cut flower in a vintage tea cup. All these little details add up to provide an ambiance that is designed to delight you as you enjoy an afternoon of dancing. We are hopeful that the weather gods will be kind, and sunshine will help us welcome Spring to the dance calendar.

Refreshments table

At the back of the hall, you’ll find a selection of cakes and cucumber sandwiches alongside tea, coffee and squash. It’s a chance to pause, chat and soak in the atmosphere before heading back for another dance.
