A Merry Dance with Swing Dance MK

Completing the Festive Calendar of events this Christmas is one run by Sandy and the rest of the team at Swing Dance MK. Sandy of course is no stranger to those who regularly attend the Summertown Swing Tea Dance Come and join us for a very special Christmas party: A Merry Dance! There will be a live band courtesy of Alan Warner & Friends. Alan was the lead guitarist for The Foundations and is thoroughly looking forward to playing some great swinging tunes through their set.

Rennie Grove Hospice

This event is run by The Swing Dance MK Dance Team and all proceeds will be donated to Rennie Grove Hospice in memory of Lin Williams. There may even be a special performance from some of the display team in her honour! This is a very worthy cause and one which will benefit many people who directly need it. Getting to Milton Keynes from OXford is a obviously a road trip but previous excursions show that it is only about an hour each way so it is do-able without too much trouble. The Summerlin Centre is one of the largest of the halls to hire in Woburn Sands. It is located close to the railway station which is on the Marston Vale line between Bedford and Bletchley. The car park features dedicated car parking for 25 cars.
Dress Christmassy for a great night of fun from 7.30pm to 11pm on Friday 15 December 2023 at The Summerlin Centre, Woburn Sands MK17 8SG.
